Until we implement our automated purchase system, each order will be handled manually by me personally or another staff member in case I am not available. This surely doesn't mean that you will have to wait a long time when requesting a purchase. We have team members all across the world in different time zones, therefore we are practically available 24/7. Upon order request it shouldn't take us more than an hour to reply back to you.

To place a purchase request, please follow the instructions below.

1. Send private message ( PM ) only to: @polymetrix
   In the private message ( PM ), please specify the subscription you want to purchase and the payment option you want to use. It's recommended to also leave additional contact such as Skype, Discord, Telegram, etc. where we can contact you for better and faster communication.
2. Wait for our reply ( usually within an hour ). We will send you further instructions such as crypto address to send the payment to ( in case you chose crypto as your payment method ) or further instructions about where and how to purchase gift cards and further more how to finish the payment for your order using this type of payment.
3. Alternatively just add us on Discord: entropyplus.pro - recommended
   Once we accept your request, you can place the purchase request directly via the Discord live chat.

Once the payment for your order is completed, we need to manually activate your account. The activation is usually instant, but sometimes in may take up to 10 minutes. Please be patient and do not rush us. Thank you!
